Women's Wisdom Circle: Emergent Themes
Over the 12-week journey, the Women’s Wisdom Circle will explore transformative themes through connection, conversation, and practice. This sacred space, guided by Deva Kaur, allows women to feel heard, held, and supported while trusting the collective wisdom of the group.
Key Themes
Balance & Boundaries: Cultivating inner and outer balance in giving and self-care to create healthy boundaries. Recognize and navigate over-giving and those who may be covertly over-taking in your environment to maintain stability.
Mental Diet: Explore how media, entertainment, and digital consumption affect your inner peace. Learn tools to clear your subconscious and find clarity.
Overthinking & Intuition: Address the tendency to overthink by strengthening intuition and creative flow through simple daily yoga practices such as breath exercises, mantras, archer pose and bow pose
Emotional Intelligence: Understand the unique emotional cycles of women and learn to harness emotional energy for self-awareness, creativity, and compassion.
Conscious Communication: Develop awareness of your inner dialogue and practice speaking and listening with clarity, compassion, and purpose to deepen relationships and self-connection.
Nourishment & Self-Care: Learn about yogic lifestyle practices for women to support your physical and emotional well-being.
Sophistications and Complexities of the Female Body: Discover yogic insights on honoring your body’s natural cycles and the benefits of supporting yourself through menstruation, as well as the liberating potential of life after menopause.
Peace begins within: As mother earth continues to shift, we have the opportunity to notice how our inner state might be foundational in helping to move social structures from a long-time domination/war model to a partnership/peace model, which most humans long for, and most women prefer.
Healing & Growth: Process emotional patterns and past traumas with grounding techniques, meditations, and awareness of your inner child to create a more intuitive, empowered self.
Prosperity & Abundance: Shift limiting beliefs around scarcity into conscious, empowered choices for abundance using meditations, Neville Goddard techniques, and yogic practices.
Sacred Relationships: Explore the concept of spiritual partnership and the qualities of respect, integrity, and growth needed to sustain sacred relationships.
True Peace: in the world–according to Gandhi and Maria Montessori–begins with giving a loving, peaceful start to children in all corners of the earth. Why might these two leaders say that, and how could we lean more in that direction–we who are the gateway to all human life?

Ghandi said to Maria Montessori, “If we are to reach real peace in this world, we shall have to begin with the children, and if they will grow up in their natural innocence, we won’t have the struggle and won’t have to pass fruitless idle resolutions (in the war against war).
Instead, we shall go from love to love and peace to peace, until at last all the corners of the world are covered with that peace and love for which, consciously or unconsciously the whole world is hungering.”
